The
firm "ALUMILE" is able to meet every demand from
the client, in respect to quality and deadlines, and colours, too.
We determine the colours by RAL-card (layer thickness= 60-100 microns).
Besides aesthetic improvement, on this way we maintain anti-corrosive
protection as well. There are two basic types of protection: plastic-coating
i anode oxidation.
Plastic-coating
is an extra type of anti-corrosive protection of aluminium and its
alloys and attained by electrostatic painting by powder, with compulsive
previously surface preparation. Product which is protected by this
way has a perfect characteristics, having in mind external influences.
Products are shock-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Because of
choice capabilities and decorative view, plastic-coating is the
most frequently used way for part protection in architecture. Products
of firm "ALUMILE" are sertificated and satisfy
the next standards: DIN 53151, DIN 53152, DIN 53153, DIN 53154,
DIN 53387, ASTM 2794 i RAL PG 631.
Anode oxidation
is the most frequently applied type of anti-corrosive protection
of aluminium and its alloys as well. On that way we receive a protection
film with minimal thickness 20 microns, as well as atractive colour.
This painting is determined by standards JUS and DIN (class AA20).
